Términos y Condiciones
Vigencia del concurso:
El concurso organizado por LCPZ INC se llevará a cabo el 27 de marzo de 2026, comenzando a las 12:00 a.m. y finalizando a las 11:59 p.m. del mismo día.
Participación:
Para participar, debes seguir nuestra cuenta oficial en redes sociales y cumplir con todas las condiciones de este reglamento. Solo se aceptarán participaciones dentro del período indicado.
Selección y anuncio de ganadores:
Los ganadores serán seleccionados de manera aleatoria y anunciados el 30 de marzo de 2026 a través de nuestras redes sociales oficiales.
Premio:
El ganador del concurso recibirá un cupón para una (1) pizza de pepperoni gratis, con una vigencia de catorce (14) días a partir de su emisión. El cupón estará sujeto a los términos y condiciones establecidos por el emisor.
Costo de participación:
No se requiere compra, pago ni contraprestación alguna para participar.
Edad mínima:
Los participantes deben tener dieciocho (18) años o más al momento de participar. De no cumplir con este requisito, serán descalificados.
Requisitos de elegibilidad:
Solo podrán participar residentes legales de Puerto Rico.
No podrán participar empleados de LCPZ INC, sus subsidiarias, afiliadas, agencias de publicidad, relaciones públicas, medios, producción o distribución, ni sus familiares hasta el cuarto grado de consanguinidad o segundo de afinidad, ni personas que residan con ellos.
La provisión de información falsa o incompleta resultará en descalificación.
Confirmación del premio:
El ganador tendrá dos (2) horas desde el contacto por mensaje directo para confirmar la aceptación del premio. De no hacerlo, se seleccionará un ganador alterno.
Entrega del premio:
La selección se llevará a cabo en las oficinas de Arroba, Condominio Profesional #70, Calle Méndez Vigo, Oficina 101, Mayagüez, Puerto Rico 00681.
El ganador deberá enviar sus datos por mensaje directo para coordinar la entrega del premio.
Validez de las participaciones:
LCPZ INC y su agencia no se responsabilizan por participaciones erróneas, incompletas o ilegibles. Se reservan el derecho de validar o rechazar cualquier participación que no cumpla con este reglamento.
Restricciones:
Una (1) participación por persona.
El premio no es transferible ni canjeable por dinero u otro valor.
Exoneración de responsabilidad:
LCPZ INC, su agencia y entidades relacionadas no se responsabilizan por daños, pérdidas o reclamaciones derivadas de la participación o del disfrute del premio.
Jurisdicción:
Este concurso se rige por las leyes del Estado Libre Asociado de Puerto Rico. Cualquier disputa será resuelta en el Tribunal de Primera Instancia, Sala Superior de San Juan.
Cumplimiento del reglamento:
Cualquier violación a este reglamento resultará en descalificación inmediata.
Impuestos o arbitrios:
Todo impuesto o arbitrio relacionado con el premio será responsabilidad exclusiva del ganador.
Uso de imagen y contenido:
Al participar, los participantes autorizan a LCPZ INC y su agencia a utilizar su nombre, comentario o contenido en cualquier medio publicitario presente o futuro, sin compensación adicional.
Modificaciones:
LCPZ INC y su agencia se reservan el derecho de modificar este reglamento, los premios o cancelar el concurso por causas razonables, con la debida autorización del DACO cuando aplique.
Fraude:
Cualquier intento de manipular o defraudar el concurso será procesado conforme a las leyes aplicables.
Propiedad intelectual:
El contenido enviado debe ser original o contar con los permisos necesarios. Se prohíbe el uso de material protegido por derechos de terceros. Al participar, se concede una licencia no exclusiva para el uso de dicho contenido.
Desvinculación de plataformas:
Esta promoción no está patrocinada, respaldada ni administrada por Facebook ni asociada con dicha plataforma.
Disponibilidad del reglamento:
El reglamento estará disponible en la página oficial de Little Caesars Puerto Rico y en las oficinas de Arroba.
Separabilidad:
Si algún inciso de este reglamento se declara inválido, los demás permanecerán en plena vigencia.
Mínimo de participantes:
Se requiere un mínimo de cincuenta (50) participantes. De no alcanzarse, el organizador se reserva el derecho de cancelar el premio principal y otorgar incentivos alternos.
Reclamaciones:
Cualquier reclamación deberá enviarse por escrito a la agencia Arroba dentro de los cinco (5) días laborables posteriores al anuncio de los ganadores, incluyendo nombre completo, detalles, evidencia y datos de contacto. La agencia responderá en un máximo de diez (10) días laborables. La decisión será final e inapelable.

Promotion Period:

Eligibility to Enter:
To participate, you must follow our official social media account and comply with all terms outlined in these rules. Only entries submitted during the promotion period will be accepted.
Winner Selection and Announcement:
Winners will be selected at random and announced on March 30, 2026, through our official social media channels.
Prize:
The winner will receive a coupon for one (1) free pepperoni pizza, valid for fourteen (14) days from the date of issuance. The coupon is subject to the issuer’s terms and conditions.
No Purchase Necessary:
No purchase, payment, or consideration is required to enter or win.
Minimum Age Requirement:
Participants must be eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry. Failure to meet this requirement will result in disqualification.
Eligibility Requirements:
Open only to legal residents of Puerto Rico.
Employees of LCPZ INC, its subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, and their immediate family members (up to the fourth degree of consanguinity and second degree of affinity), or those living in the same household, are not eligible to participate.
Providing false or incomplete information will result in disqualification.
Prize Claim:
The winner will have two (2) hours from the time of direct message notification to confirm acceptance of the prize. Failure to respond within this timeframe will result in forfeiture, and an alternate winner may be selected.
Prize Delivery:
The drawing will take place at Arroba offices, Condominio Profesional #70, Calle Méndez Vigo, Office 101, Mayagüez, Puerto Rico 00681.
Winners must submit their information via direct message to coordinate prize delivery.
Validity of Entries:
LCPZ INC and its agency are not responsible for incorrect, incomplete, or illegible entries and reserve the right to validate or reject any entry that does not comply with these rules.
Restrictions:
Limit of one (1) entry per person.
The prize is non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash or substituted.
Release of Liability:
LCPZ INC, its agency, and related entities are not responsible for any damages, losses, or claims arising from participation in the promotion or the use of the prize.
Governing Law:
This promotion is governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico. Any disputes shall be resolved in the Court of First Instance, Superior Court of San Juan.
Compliance with Rules:
Any violation of these rules will result in immediate disqualification.
Taxes:
Any applicable taxes or fees related to the prize are the sole responsibility of the winner.
Use of Name and Likeness:
By participating, entrants grant LCPZ INC and its agency the right to use their name, comments, or submitted content for advertising and promotional purposes without additional compensation.
Modifications:
LCPZ INC reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel this promotion for reasonable causes, subject to applicable regulations and DACO approval when required.
Fraud:
Any attempt to tamper with or defraud the promotion will be prosecuted to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Intellectual Property:
Submitted content must be original. By entering, participants grant a non-exclusive license for promotional use of such content.
Platform Disclaimer:

Availability of Rules:
These official rules will be available on the official Little Caesars Puerto Rico Facebook page and at Arroba offices.
Severability:
If any provision of these rules is deemed invalid, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
Minimum Participation Requirement:
A minimum of fifty (50) participants is required. If this threshold is not met, the organizer reserves the right to cancel the main prize and offer alternative incentives.
Claims:
Any claims must be submitted in writing to Arroba agency within five (5) business days after the winner announcement, including full name, details, evidence, and contact information. A response will be provided within ten (10) business days. Decisions are final.
